SPC closed for Winter Holiday Dec. 21 – Jan. 5

St. Petersburg College will be closed from Dec. 21 – Jan. 5 for the Winter Holiday. The college will reopen on Monday, Jan. 6.

 

SPC’s Workforce Institute offers new Arts Business Academy

St. Petersburg Arts Alliance (SPAA) has collaborated with SPC’s Workforce Institute to offer an Arts Business Academy for emerging artists, musicians and writers. This certificate course will provide creative-minded individuals with practical skillsets and confidence needed to achieve thriving careers. To learn more, visit Arts Business Academy.

SPC to host annual Titan Trot

SPC will host the sixth annual Titan Trot 5K fun run/walk at St. Petersburg College’s Clearwater Campus on Saturday, February 8, from 8-10 a.m. Proceeds from the Titan Trot will fund scholarships awarded to selected students in 2020. Registration is open here.

 

Student Musicians and Performers needed for Art & Music Festival

Share your talent with the community at the Good Vibes Only Art & Music Festival on Saturday, April 25. The festival, a joint venture between St. Petersburg College and USF St. Petersburg, is a celebration of student art and music. Student musicians, bands and visual artists can apply to participate in the one-day event from 3-7 p.m. at Williams Park, 350 2nd Ave N., St. Petersburg. All applicants must apply by Jan. 31. To apply to perform at the festival, visit spc.edu/vibes.
