Kay-lynne Taylor has accumulated over 25 years of professional Higher Education Management, Talent Curating, Success Strategy Development, Arts and Museum Studies experience at Iowa State University, Des Moines Area Community College, Florida Atlantic University, the University of West Florida, the University of South Florida St. Petersburg, Missouri Western State University, and the Missouri State College System and Florida University System. She has been responsible for high-level needs assessment, design, development, and delivering organizational learning solutions, programs, and projects in support organizational goals. Kay-lynne innovates, designs, and delivers system-wide leadership development programs and initiatives, team member development, and innovative learning projects and solutions.
