Clearwater Marine Aquarium to host “Remember Me” arts showcase Thursday evening
Dolphin Tale actors to help celebrate artistic achievement of local foster children
Clearwater, FL (March 23, 2016) – Clearwater Marine Aquarium (CMA) will host the second annual “Remember Me” arts showcase at Winter’s Dolphin Tale Adventure in downtown Clearwater on Thursday, March 24, beginning at 6:00pm.
Created by local organizations Suncoast Voices for Children and Ready for Life, the event will feature the photography, visual arts, literature, and solo performances of local foster care youth. This year’s theme, “My Heart is…”, gives foster children the opportunity to share their journeys in a creative and meaningful way.
Prizes will be given to each participant and special awards for each category and age group will be revealed during the evening’s festivities. Dolphin Tale actors Cozi Zuehlsdorff (“Hazel”), Nathan Gamble (“Sawyer”), and Austin Highsmith (“Phoebe”) will join in the celebration as well, congratulating the young artists on their achievements.
Nathan, Cozi, and Austin will also be making guest appearances at Winter’s Dolphin Tale Adventure from March 21st to March 25th. For details and guest programs, visit www.seewinter.com/meet-stars. Appearances are included in the purchase of a regular admission ticket to CMA.
