St. Petersburg, FL (September 17, 2015)    — The Studio@620 is pleased to welcome the return of local playwright Joseph Alan Johnson and his updated production of “Cellmate Confessions”, October 6-7, 2015.
 Ripped from the headlines and based on Mugshot tabloids, Cellmate Confessions is a kaleidoscope of stories told by people at the time of their arrest. Ten of Tampa Bay's finest actors will portray the scum of the earth in multiple roles. Their stories will alternately amuse, alarm, enlighten and devastate you! This complex tapestry of malfeasance, written and directed by local playwright Joseph Alan Johnson ( Misconception, Darren McCracken's Big Bad Birthday Party) was originally produced at studio@620 in 2010 and subsequently moved to the Straz Center. This new version will feature many tales from the original production as well as new crimes and new criminals. Be prepared for a theatrical roller coaster ride that will leave you breathless!

TWO SHOWS ONLY! Tuesday and Wednesday October 6-7, 2015 at 7 PM.
Admission $25 / $20 students and seniors.
