FarmTable Cucina to Host Decadent Valentine’s Day Tasting
The Golden Spoon Award Winning Restaurant Will Accept Reservations until February 12th
St. Petersburg, Fla. (February 6, 2018) – Whether you're on a romantic date, married or single, FarmTable Cucina guarantees their Valentine's dinner will have you falling in love at first bite.
The five-course tasting menu, specially curated by FarmTable Cucina chefs for Valentine's Day, begins with caviale e zeppole – featuring Osetra caviar – for each guest. Sharable servings of salt-roasted baby beets, house-made lobster ravioli and oak-fired filet mignon from Proper Ranch follow. The lavish meal is finished with two servings of buttermilk panna cotta for dessert.
An optional wine pairing will be available as well. FarmTable Cucina’s beverage director has hand-chosen an Italian wine for each course. The wines selected range from Daughters Sparkling Durello Brut, known for its delicate body and floral, citrusy character to Feudo Disisa "Tornamira," a blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah grapes.
“Valentine’s Day is the perfect opportunity to shower the one you love with a fun, elegant dining experience, and that’s what this menu is all about,” said Executive Chef Jeffrey Hileman.
The five-course tasting menu costs $84 per person and the wine pairing costs an additional $40.
